These mood boards serve as the foundation for our future design decks, and determine which initial vendors we will secure.
Upon approval of the budget allocation, and the initial mood boards, we begin procuring your priority vendors for the weekend.
Our approach to defining priority vendors is dynamic, adapting to current market conditions. If certain vendors are booking faster than usual, at risk of price increases, or likely to sell out, we proactively adjust priorities to secure the best options. Each vendor is selected based on style, personality, and budget to align seamlessly with the overall vision and priorities.
With foundational vendors in place, we create detailed design plans for each event, blending heirloom-quality elements with playful touches. Honoring tradition while pushing boundaries, we create immersive experiences that feel personal and unforgettable. We weave in favorite colors, scents, textures, experiences, and memories through each design plan. When your guests arrive they will know exactly whose wedding they are at. It won’t be just another pretty event on their social calendar.

Production is an ongoing process at Swoon Soiree. From the moment your event begins to take shape, we act as the liaison between you and your vendors, ensuring every detail is seamlessly executed.
Whether it’s adjusting for an out-of-stock item, accommodating dye lot changes, or pivoting in response to increased shipping delays, we proactively manage every challenge to keep your celebration on track.

Once the agreement is signed, a 50% retainer payment is required to initiate planning.
